Kitchen Manager We are a lake-front, full-service, high-volume, modern restaurant.
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager who can lead our BOH operations with professionalism and organization.
Qualification for the Kitchen Manager include:
years of High-volume, from-scratch kitchen management experience.
Ideally from a chain or corporate restaurant.
service focused with a can do attitude.
Experience coaching, training, and developing staff.
This includes 3 Sous Chefs and 40
BOH Team Members - all varying in skillset.
Experience cooking & executing in a high-volume, banquet environment is ideal.
Strong organizational skills - able to see the big picture.
Able to execute at a fast pace in a high-volume environment.
Ability to bring calm in chaotic environments.
Strong work ethic.
